+ MADE FOR YOUR REALITY

Close support.
Even from a distance.

/ 01

Rural schools first.

Support designed around small teams, limited time and campuses where an on-site specialist may be miles away.

/ 02

People, not a platform.

Work through the issue with someone who can explain the options, document the work and help you choose a next step.

/ 03

A scope that fits.

Start with the need in front of you. Define the support, responsibilities and cost together before committing.

+ GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Small school support should be straightforward.

Is this a replacement for our IT team?

No. SchoolNetCare is intended to work alongside the people already supporting your school. The starting point is where you need extra capacity or another perspective.

What can be handled remotely?

Many network and cloud administration tasks can be reviewed remotely with approved access. Physical installation, cabling and hardware replacement still need someone on site. We’ll clarify those boundaries before agreeing to work.

Do we need to change platforms?

No. Our focus is your existing UniFi, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environment. The discovery call helps us confirm which parts of your setup fit the support available.

How are pricing and response times set?

Pricing, support hours, response expectations and escalation arrangements are agreed for the specific scope. This is not a promise of round-the-clock human response.

How does remote access work?

Access should be approved by your school and limited to the agreed work. We’ll discuss responsibilities and appropriate access before starting. Don’t share passwords or student information through a website inquiry.
